Employee Resource Group Spotlight

Parents and Caregivers Team (PACT)

PACT is an employee resource group with a mission to positively impact working parents and caregivers and to raise awareness about our working parents and caregivers, the everyday juggle, and contributions to the KIOXIA community at large.

The team is committed to empowering working parents and caregivers and provides resources for all areas of family life and caregiving. We seek opportunities to help connect and support working parents and integrate families into the workplace when we can.

Since the launch of PACT, the team celebrated inaugural programs around families and caregivers. In April, PACT celebrates ‘Introducing KIOXIA to Future Generations’ in honor of Bring a Kid to Work Day. Later in the year, PACT looks to connect employees and families in honor of National Work and Family Month which takes place in October.

International Women’s Day

IWD 2025 - #AccelerateAction

One of the ways KIOXIA continues to drive change and empower women is by organizing a company-wide celebration for International Women’s Day each year.

International Women's Day (IWD) is a day where we celebrate the accomplishments and hard-fought efforts of all women across the globe who have paved the way for equality. Celebrated around the world on March 8th, IWD gives us all a chance to remember the countless individuals and organizations making great strides to improve the lives of women everywhere, including the creation of safe spaces, increasing education access for girls, and making positive policy changes in the workplace.
