A série KIOXIA XG10 utiliza uma interface PCIe® Gen5 x4 e BiCS FLASH geração 8*. Os SSDs da série XG10 atingem velocidades de leitura e gravação sequenciais de até 14.000 MB/s e 12.000 MB/s, respectivamente, e entregam até 2.000 KIOPS em leitura aleatória e 1.600 KIOPS em gravação aleatória.
A nova série XG10 é otimizada para notebooks de alto desempenho, PCs desktop e PCs gamer voltados para o desempenho.
Disponível em um formato compacto M.2 Tipo 2280, a Série XG10 é oferecida em quatro modelos de capacidade — 512 GB, 1.024 GB, 2.048 GB e 4.096 GB —, cada um com a opção de um modelo de Unidade com Autoencritação (SED) compatível com o TCG Opal 2.02.
